En respuesta a la lista de “los más buscados” que la Administración Central Tibetana (CTA, por las siglas en inglés) ha publicado, incitando a actuar contra destacados budistas Shugden tibetanos , el representante legal de la ISC ha dirigido un escrito a todos y cada uno de los representantes del gobierno tibetano en el exilio, informándoles que ellos serán legalmente responsables si algún daño le ocurriera a estos destacados budistas Shugden. El deber de un gobierno es cuidar de todos sus ciudadanos. La CTA hace lo contrario. Esto ha sucedido muchas veces en el pasado pero ¡ esta vez el mundo está observando!
