Chapter 1 - Preliminary Information

The purpose of this book

The purpose of this book is not to attack the Dalai Lama, but solely to help people understand the deceptive nature and actions of the Fifth Dalai Lama, the Thirteenth Dalai Lama and the present Dalai Lama, who have all led people into wrong paths by using Buddha’s teachings, Dharma, for their own selfish political aims.

They transformed Tibet into a country full of problems, disharmony and suffering, which the people there have had to experience from generation to generation. The spiritual activities of these false Dalai Lamas were all intentionally against Buddha’s teachings because their aims were only for personal political gain. In this way, their actions have been destroying pure Buddhism in this world. We sincerely wish for Buddhism to be free from such political pollution.

The present Dalai Lama is especially an enemy of Je Tsongkhapa’s doctrine, the Gelug Tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. By using his political power he is destroying the pure spiritual tradition of this doctrine, transforming the Gelug Tradition into his own tradition, which is directly against Je Tsongkhapa’s teachings. Publicly he gives Je Tsongkhapa’s teachings that he received from his Teachers – Trijang Rinpoche and Ling Rinpoche – but he is acting against the teachings of Je Tsongkhapa, Trijang Rinpoche and Ling Rinpoche. Therefore, from a spiritual point of view there is no one who is more evil than this false Dalai Lama. We sincerely wish for the doctrine of Je Tsongkhapa to be free from being harmed by this enemy.

The Fifth Dalai Lama

The Fifth Dalai Lama was a Buddhist monk but became the ruler and political leader of Tibet. How did he achieve this position and power? This was only through being victorious in a war that he had caused. He requested a Mongolian leader to send his army to Tibet to help him destroy the then Tibetan ruler and his followers. After the Mongol armies succeeded he became the ruler of Tibet. By causing this war, the Fifth Dalai Lama caused many thousands of people including the Tibetan ruler and his supporters to be killed, and millions of others to suffer. In doing this he was acting directly against Buddha’s teachings; Buddha always taught, ‘You should never harm others, but love them instead.’

How can these three false Dalai Lamas be considered Buddhist Teachers if they are acting directly against Buddha’s teachings! They have cheated people throughout the world.

Not only this, they were also going against their own Spiritual Guides. The Fifth Dalai Lama went against the wishes of his Spiritual Guide, the First Panchen Lama. The Thirteenth Dalai Lama also went against the wishes of the First Panchen Lama who was one of his lineage Spiritual Guides, and the present Dalai Lama, the Fourteenth, is going against the wishes of his Spiritual Guides, Trijang Rinpoche and Ling Rinpoche. Therefore they have no lineage blessings of Buddha’s teachings. Spiritually their lives are empty, but materially they are very wealthy!

Although normally people say that the First Panchen Lama recognised the Fifth Dalai Lama as the Dalai Lama, in truth this is simply false information created by those with political aims. The First Panchen Lama was a great Teacher and a pure practitioner who would never have cheated people.

The Thirteenth Dalai Lama

When the Thirteenth Dalai Lama was a young boy and hardly knew anything he was recognised as the Dalai Lama by the oracle of the Nechung spirit. The Tibetan government believed what this oracle said, and then announced publicly that this boy was the Dalai Lama.

We do not know whether the Nechung spirit itself is a good or bad spirit; we do not even know if it actually exists or not! However, there is no doubt that the Nechung oracle, who is a human being and who gives predictions while pretending he is a spirit, is a great liar! Everybody can understand this. It is clear that this oracle continually cheated Tibetans – individuals, society, the government and the Dalai Lamas – from generation to generation.

The Fifth Dalai Lama made a rule and tradition that in making any important decision the Tibetan government needs to follow the predictions of the Nechung spirit. This rule and tradition continues to be maintained by the present Dalai Lama. It is therefore an uncommon Tibetan tradition that government policy and decisions depend upon the predictions of a spirit who probably does not even exist! No other country follows such a tradition.

Although he was a Buddhist monk, the Thirteenth Dalai Lama followed the advice of the Nechung oracle in performing many evil actions. Such actions included imprisoning and torturing many of his own ministers who were against his views, and even executing some of them. Some had their arms or legs cut off and even their eyeballs gouged out as punishment! Many other people including Lamas and monks were also imprisoned and executed.

The Nechung oracle often said – pretending his predictions came from a higher spirit – that in future the Panchen Lama’s organisation would seriously harm the Tibetan government, and therefore this organisation must be destroyed. In truth, the Panchen Lama was not engaged in any political activity and had no political power; he and his organisation were under the control of the Dalai Lama’s government. The only position that the Panchen Lama had was spiritual and he was publicly regarded as a holy being, the Spiritual Guide of millions of people in Tibet and China. Following the advice of the Nechung oracle the Thirteenth Dalai Lama planned to destroy the Panchen Lama’s organisation and finally to arrest and imprison the Panchen Lama himself. Shortly before the Dalai Lama’s planned arrest of the Panchen Lama, the Panchen Lama received a secret message telling him to escape.

The Panchen Lama’s assistant took immediate action, and the Panchen Lama escaped by night with twenty security guards. The Panchen Lama disappeared from public view; his security guards taking him to isolated places in northern Tibet, hiding during the day and travelling by night on horseback. Soon after this, the Thirteenth Dalai Lama sent a group of soldiers to capture the Panchen Lama. This army searched everywhere to find the Panchen Lama and, although they found him twice, they failed to capture him because of strong resistance by the Panchen Lama’s security guards. In this way his guards managed to save the Panchen Lama, although a number of them were killed. Eventually the Panchen Lama reached China, where he remained for the rest of his life and was never able to return to Tibet.

After his escape millions of people in western Tibet who were followers of the Panchen Lama experienced great suffering because of the Dalai Lama’s government making their lives so difficult. They were separated and isolated from the majority of Tibetans, and government officers humiliated them and in many different ways caused them many problems. Because of this, thousands of the Panchen Lama’s followers also escaped to China. The source of all these problems was the Thirteenth Dalai Lama’s evil actions. These actions alone caused millions of innocent people to suffer for a long time.

The present Dalai Lama

Although he was never elected political or spiritual leader of Tibet the Dalai Lama himself alone keeps both positions. He alone controls all the Tibetan refugees – both individuals and organisations – as well as all aspects of government policy. Every decision of the Tibetan refugee government depends upon the Dalai Lama and his private secretary. No one within the Tibetan refugee society has free speech, including government ministers. If someone says something that is against the Dalai Lama’s wishes, an organisation called The Tibetan Women’s Association immediately begins preparing to punish that person. For these reasons even

those Tibetans who are highly educated have no opportunity to help or improve their own country, to solve their country’s problems or to achieve independence for their country. The Tibetan Women’s Association has branches in every Tibetan settlement and strongly rejects any plan or idea for Tibet that is not the Dalai Lama’s wish. This is its main function. The Dalai Lama himself appoints the principal leader of The Tibetan Women’s Association, and she appoints representatives in every Tibetan settlement in India and other countries.

From 2009 until now, 117 people have set themselves on fire in Tibet. It is clear that this has been organised by The Tibetan Women’s Association, and this proves that this is the wish of the Dalai Lama himself. These monks and other people burn themselves to fulfil the Dalai Lama’s wishes. His wish is not for Tibetan independence but for autonomy, which will give him full power to control all Tibetans within Tibet. Therefore his wish is only selfish; he is never thinking of the future of Tibet. Recently in Australia, the Dalai Lama was asked about the 117 people who had set themselves on fire. He replied that he had no connection with this activity because he was retired, but he is clearly lying. Not only this, but all the negative activities including demonstrations against China, violent actions performed by the monks and other people, and the 117 people setting themselves on fire, are also organised by the Dalai Lama himself through his representatives. These activities have caused many Tibetans to suffer in prison where they have been tortured and killed by the army and police. However, to save his own reputation, the Dalai Lama publicly says that he is only using peaceful methods to solve Tibetan problems and pretends he is not involved in any actions against China. There is no greater liar in the world than this person. He enjoys a luxurious life for himself, making huge amounts of money through using Buddha’s teachings. But he is continually causing Tibetans suffering, making divisions between them and destroying their harmony and peaceful life.

Tibetan groups and the Western Shugden Society have publicly reported this truthful information many times. They have also organised demonstrations against the Dalai Lama in many countries.

During these demonstrations people chanted: ‘Dalai Lama, stop lying’, ‘Dalai Lama, stop harming Tibetan people throughout the world’, ‘Dalai Lama, stop the ban of the worship of the enlightened deity Shugden’, ‘Dalai Lama, give religious freedom now’, and ‘Dalai Lama, do not go against human rights.’ Television companies such as the BBC have ignored the information given by innocent poor people who are suffering, and they have supported only the Dalai Lama. Why is this?

In the following chapters we will present detailed information to prove how he is the false Dalai Lama and the worst dictator in the modern world.
